What Groups Say About a Day at Geronimo.

★★★★★

"Our family had the best time at Geronimo Adventure Park! We celebrated my teenager's birthday with axe throwing, night zip lining and s'mores. It was great for my other kids too with giant swings and obstacle course. The staff was super kind and helpful and made our experience great! I would highly recommend for a fun time with family, a youth group, date night etc."

Frequently Asked Questions

What Planners Usually Ask.

  • What types of events are the venues suited for?

The three venues cover a wide range. The Barn suits corporate dinners, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, galas, and covered celebrations. The Park suits large-scale corporate retreats, family reunions, milestone events, and any occasion that benefits from exclusive park access. The Range suits corporate team events, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and any group that wants a competitive, activity-led experience.

  • Can we serve alcohol at Geronimo venue events?

Yes. Beer and seltzers are available for purchase at Geronimo. For private venue rentals, we can also arrange for guests to provide their own alcohol, or add bartending service with additional liquor options. Outside alcohol is not permitted unless it has been arranged in advance as part of a private rental.

For safety, alcohol may only be consumed after all ziplining and rock climbing activities are complete.

  • Can we bring in outside food or use a caterer?

Yes. We have a Snack Shack on premises with a number of food and beverage options, but outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are also welcome at all venues. Geronimo can coordinate boxed meals from local restaurant partners, catering arrangements, or a food truck on site for larger events. Discuss food options with the event coordinator at inquiry.

  • Can venue rental be combined with park activities?

Yes, and this is the most common configuration. The Barn rental can be paired with any park activity package: ziplining, axe throwing, rock wall, laser tag, grounds access, or night zipping. The Park includes exclusive access to all activities, but the Barn can be added on. The Range can be paired with Barn rental, grounds access or rock wall climbing.

  • What is the capacity for each venue?

What is the capacity for each venue?

The Barn: Up to 140 guests inside

    The Park: 300+ guests

The Range: Up to 40 guests at a time

Capacities can vary depending on the event setup, activities, and space requirements.

  • How far in advance should we book a venue?

As early as possible, particularly for weekend dates and evening events. For large events like full park buyouts, two to four weeks of lead time allows the team to plan staffing, activity sequencing, and any custom arrangements. Submit an inquiry as soon as your date is confirmed.

  • What is the cancellation policy for venue rentals?

Cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Contact the event coordinator for details specific to your venue and event type.

  • Is parking available for large groups?

Yes. Parking is available on site at Geronimo Adventure Park. For very large events, the event coordinator can advise on arrival sequencing and parking logistics during the planning stage.

  • Where are the venues located?

All three venues are at Geronimo Adventure Park: 6749 Farm to Market 2920, Spring, TX 77379 (Northwest Houston). When navigating, search "Geronimo Adventure Park" on your maps app for most accurate routing.
