See Why Guests Love Geronimo
★★★★★
"I'm impressed! I booked a team building experience for my team in December (our first one ever) and Shawna was so kind to answer all my questions and plan a timeline for our event. Charity hosted our team building event and she deserves a standing ovation for reading our team dynamic so well and catering the activities towards what we NEED to build an even better bond. My team left feeling grateful for this event and we all felt recharged. Thank you Charity and Shawna for your hospitality! We plan to be back!"

Before You Book
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a group event at Geronimo Adventure Park?
The easiest way to get started is to call us at 830-365-5867 or email info@geronimozip.com and we will put together a custom quote based on your group size, selected activities, and preferred date. For parties of 10 or more, we ask that you contact us directly rather than booking online so we can make sure your group has the right setup from the start.
How far in advance should I book for a group?
The sooner the better, especially for weekends and summer dates. Large groups and full-park buyouts often book weeks or months in advance. If you have a specific date in mind, reach out as early as possible to hold it. We can usually accommodate shorter lead times for smaller groups, but availability is not guaranteed.
What is the minimum group size to qualify for group rates?
Group rates apply to parties of 10 or more. If your group is smaller than 10, standard per-person pricing applies and you are welcome to book online or by phone.
What is the largest group you can accommodate?
Geronimo regularly hosts groups of 50, 100, 200, and even larger. Our outdoor table seating accommodates up to 300 guests, and we have 200 or more car parking spaces on-site, including accessible parking and overflow for larger events. For groups of 75 or more, a full-park buyout may be the best fit. Call us at 830-365-5867 to discuss your options.
Can we book Geronimo for a private event?
Yes. Full-park buyouts are available for groups that want exclusive access to all of Geronimo's 13 Acres of Play. Private events can be scheduled during regular park hours or during off-hours on days the park is not open to the public, based on availability. Contact us to check your date and get a custom quote.
What is your cancellation and refund policy for groups?
We are happy to reschedule your reservation with advance notice. We plan and schedule our staff based on reservations, so we ask that you notify us as early as possible. Please call 830-365-5867 or email info@geronimozip.com as soon as possible if you are not able to make your reserved time. There is no credit or refund given if your group does not show up without advance notice. If you do not wish to reschedule at the time of cancellation, credit will be held on your Geronimo account and applied to any Geronimo purchase for up to 1 year. If Geronimo closes an activity due to weather or extenuating circumstances, your group will be contacted to reschedule. If you do not wish to reschedule, credit will be held on your account for up to 1 year.
You handle the invitations. We’ll handle the adventure.
All that’s left is to show up, enjoy the day, and watch your group create stories they’ll be telling for years.
