Frequently Asked Questions

Got Questions?

  • What if I have guests in my group with special needs or considerations?

When you book, you can share context about your group, such as age range, mobility considerations, whether the group includes younger children, or any specific needs your participants may have. We pass that information to the staff assigned to your event so they can adjust how they approach instruction, pacing, and support throughout the day. Just share the details when you are in contact with us during booking.

  • Is chaperone pricing available for Scout groups?

Scout pricing is the same for youth and adults. For qualifying Scout groups, we may provide complimentary General Admission passes for a set number of adult chaperones based on group size. When you submit your inquiry, include your estimated number of youth and adult participants, and we’ll confirm what applies in your custom quote.

  • Can we bring outside food or hold a catered meal during our event?

Yes. Our on-site Snack Shack offers hot dogs, nachos, Frito pie, warm pretzels, smoothies, ice cream, chips, candy, drinks, and more. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are also welcome, and larger groups may bring catering if needed. If your event includes a shared meal, let us know when you book so we can help plan seating and timing around it.

  • Is there a space we can use for devotionals, a speaker, or a group session?

Yes. The Barn is available as an add-on for indoor breakout sessions, including presentations, devotionals, group discussions, and speaker setups. It has AV capability and can serve as a gathering point between outdoor activities. The Park also has large outdoor gathering spaces and shaded areas that work well for group sessions. Ask about availability and setup options when you contact us.

  • How do I start planning a faith-based or non-profit group visit?

Call 830-365-5867 or email info@geronimozip.com. Share your group type, estimated group size, age range, preferred date or date range, and the activity or activities you are interested in. We’ll use those details to build a plan and quote around your visit. We work with youth groups, church retreats, VBS programs, non-profit teams, and volunteer organizations regularly.
