    • How do I request a quote or start planning a corporate event?

      Call us at 830-365-5867 or email info@geronimozip.com. Share your group size, preferred date, and what you have in mind and we will put together a custom plan and quote for you. Most groups hear back the same business day.

    • Are activities mandatory for everyone, or can team members opt out?

      Nothing is mandatory! We are a "Challenge By Choice" facility. Team members can move between activities at their own pace, spend time at the gathering spaces, or just enjoy the grounds. The park is set up so that people with different comfort levels or physical considerations can all have a great day without anyone feeling left out.

    • What does a facilitated teambuilding session actually look like?

      Before your event, you'll complete a brief questionnaire to help us understand your team's goals. Whether you want to strengthen communication, build trust, improve leadership, develop camaraderie, or simply have your group work together more effectively, our facilitators tailor the session to fit your objectives.


      During the program, your group participates in a series of interactive games, challenges, and activities designed to reinforce those goals. After each activity, your facilitator leads a brief discussion that encourages participants to reflect on what they experienced, identify key takeaways, and connect those lessons to their team, workplace, or organization.


      Every facilitated session is customized to the group, making it a hands-on experience that's engaging, meaningful, and practical—not a lecture or classroom presentation.

    • Can we bring outside food, or do you offer catering?

      We have a Snack Shack on premises and can also coordinate box lunches, food trucks, or catering from local partners. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are also welcome. For larger corporate groups, we can coordinate boxed meals with local partners or arrange catering. Ask about meal and catering options when you submit your inquiry so we can include it in your quote.

    • How far in advance should we book a corporate event?

      As early as possible. Corporate events, especially those that need venue space, facilitated programming, or park buyouts, tend to book up weeks to months in advance. We will do our best to accommodate shorter timelines, but weekend dates and full-park exclusive-use events fill fast.
