How does weather affect park activities?
We are open rain or shine! Ziplining in the rain can be fun – bring a rain jacket! Most can be worn with our harnesses. For the typical Houston climate, usually the only weather that requires us to postpone park activities is lightning. Occasionally, heavy constant rain, and more rarely, heavy wind (30+ mph) may also require us to suspend activities until the conditions improve. Weather is constantly monitored by our staff, so please give us a call if you are unsure about the weather. The greater Houston area is expansive and often one area of city is getting drenched while the other is under full sunshine!
What's Included with General Admission?
General Admission includes access to the park and more than 15 games and activities, including the ninja obstacle course, lawn games, walking trails, picnic areas, and other park amenities. It's included with every zipline pass and is also available as a standalone ticket for guests who want to enjoy the park without ziplining.
What should I wear?
Dress for the weather and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Closed-toe shoes and gloves are required for all ziplining. You may bring your own gloves or purchase a pair at the park. For safety, nothing may be carried on the zipline courses, including items in your pockets. Please leave personal belongings at home, secure them in your vehicle, or rent a locker before your adventure. We also recommend tying back long hair and removing loose jewelry.
Are there age, weight, or reach requirements?
Guests must be at least 6 years old and weigh between 45 and 265 pounds to participate in ziplining or rock wall climbing. For ziplining, overhead reach determines whether a guest can participate independently or needs adult assistance:
66" reach or higher: Zip on the Go Fly course independently (72" for Go High and 78" for Go Long).
58"–66" reach: Zip with 1 adult helper
Less than 58" reach: Zip with 2 adult helpers
Reach is measured with arms fully extended overhead. Please see our full activity requirements for complete details.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are recommended, especially for larger groups or guests with a specific timeframe in mind. We also welcome walk-ins based on availability and serve guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Zipline gear-ups begin every 30 minutes, so we’ll place walk-in guests in the next available gear-up that can accommodate their group size.
How long should I plan to stay?
Your visit length depends on the pass or activities you choose. Most guests spend about 3–4 hours enjoying the Adventure Pass, which includes all three zipline courses plus axe throwing, the rock wall, and other park activities. Zipline-only visits typically range from about 1–3 hours depending on whether you choose one, two, or all three courses. Guests with an Unlimited Adventure Pass can stay and repeat their favorite activities throughout the day.
We recommend arriving a at least 15 minutes early for check-in and getting ready for your adventure.
