• Delivery: Digital gift certificates are delivered by email and are ready to use within minutes. Printed gift certificates are also available for pickup at the park.
• Expiration: Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Refunds: Gift certificates are non-refundable.
• Transferability: Gift certificates may be transferred to another person.
• How to redeem online: Click on any "Book Your Day" button, select “Redeem Vouchers,” and enter your gift certificate voucher code. Or call 1-830-365-5867 for assistance.
