Meet the People Behind the Adventure

Monica

owner / founder

I’m a fun seeker at heart, so owning a zipline adventure park is pretty much the best job I could imagine! I’m also the proud mom of five daughters, all of whom have worked at Geronimo and are truly the light of my life. When I’m not at the park, you’ll find me scuba diving, traveling, or training for my next HYROX competition. I love adventure, staying active, and creating experiences that bring people together.

I love people, so Geronimo is pretty much the best place ever! The people who come here are  happy, adventurous, and brave—checking something off their bucket list, trying something new, or simply having a great time with their favorite people. It’s beautiful to behold!

When I’m not at Geronimo, I’m usually spending time with my four amazing children and enjoying being a grandma. I love traveling, exploring, and finding my next adventure. Life is better when you’re surrounded by good people and always have something fun to look forward to!

Director of operations

I lead Geronimo's operations, safety, and training programs. Outside of work, I enjoy climbing mountains, exploring the outdoors, and finding new ways to challenge myself. I believe the best growth happens just outside your comfort zone!

Shawna

director of customer experience

I’ve been helping shape the Geronimo journey since Day 1. I work with almost everyone who comes through our gates—whether planning a high-energy corporate retreat or a dream wedding in our gorgeous new barn. My goal is to ensure every single detail is seamless, stress-free, and seriously fun from the moment you start planning until the last guest leaves. When I'm not at Geronimo, I'm usually hanging out with my family or training hard for my next Hyrox competition!

When I'm not zipping through the trees, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, swimming or reading a good book. I'm passionate about having fun and helping others succeed.

Vanessa

I love making people feel welcome! As Geronimo’s lead Customer Experience Representative, I help guests feel at home from the moment they arrive, whether they’re checking in at the Welcome Center or grabbing a snack at the Snack Shack. When I’m not at Geronimo, I’m teaching dance at a community children’s theater and a local school. Dance is one of my greatest passions, and I love sharing it with the next generation!
